Worcestershire sauce wedges

2.5kg McCain Simply Wedges
3 tablespoons Oil
15g Paprika
6 Red Onions, sliced
25g Butter
4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
25g Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Put oil in the bag to coat the wedges then add the paprika and evenly coat.
Pour the wedges on a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions to soften.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Add the brown sugar, mix through and turn the heat down to caramelise.
Remove wedges from oven and top with the caramelised onion.

Top Tip
Coat wedges in a bag with any spice to save washing up
Defrost the wedges and you won’t need the oil to coat.
