- Place your McCain Jacket Potato in the centre of the microwave
- Cook on Full Power
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving
- Ensure Potato is piping hot throughout before eating

For a crispy Jacket try this 2 step cooking process
COMMERCIAL 1500W MICROWAVE
- Place your McCain Jacket Potato in the centre of the microwave
- Cook on Full power
- Remove McCain Jacket Potato from the microwave and place into a preheated over (see oven types) following the instructions below
- Cook Jacket Potato for a further 12 minutes
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving
- Ensure the potato is piping hot throughout before eating.

The challenging harvesting conditions have resulted in the presence of more natural potato defects. Defects are naturally occurring and are not harmful. We are continuing to work together with our growers across the country to maintain the highest standards of quality possible.
