Potatoes
2.5kg McCain Our Chef Solutions Simply Dice– frozen
50ml Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Garlic Flakes
2 tablespoons Onion Powder
100g Tomato Puree
Sauce
1kg Chopped Tinned Tomatoes
200g Onions
40g Garlic Puree
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder
100g Tomato Puree
Garnish
Aioli Sauce
Chopped Fresh Parsley
Open McCain Simply Dice bag and add the spices, tomato puree and oil onto the potatoes, mix in bag until evenly coated.
Cook as per on pack cooking instructions -in oven at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 20 minutes.
For the sauce sauté off the onions and garlic in a little oil, add the spices and chopped tomatoes.
Add the tomato puree and cook until thickened.
Taste and season as required.
Place cooked potatoes in the serving dish, top with tomato Bravas sauce and finish with a drizzle of Aioli and some freshly chopped parsley.
